Lesson 8 Confession & Repentance

利未記Leviticus6:8-13
6:8 耶和華曉諭摩西說：6:9 「你要吩咐亞倫和他的子孫說，燔祭的條例乃是這樣：燔祭要放在壇的柴上，從晚上到天亮，壇上的火要常常燒著。6:10 祭司要穿上細麻布衣服，又要把細麻布褲子穿在身上，把壇上所燒的燔祭灰收起來，倒在壇的旁邊；6:11 隨後要脫去這衣服，穿上別的衣服，把灰拿到營外潔淨之處。6:12 壇上的火要在其上常常燒著，不可熄滅。祭司要每日早晨在上面燒柴，並要把燔祭擺在壇上，在其上燒平安祭牲的脂油。6:13 在壇上必有常常燒著的火，不可熄滅。」
8 The LORD said to Moses: 9 “Give Aaron and his sons this command: ‘These are the regulations for the burnt offering: The burnt offering is to remain on the altar hearth throughout the night, till morning, and the fire must be kept burning on the altar. 10 The priest shall then put on his linen clothes, with linen undergarments next to his body, and shall remove the ashes of the burnt offering that the fire has consumed on the altar and place them beside the altar. 11 Then he is to take off these clothes and put on others, and carry the ashes outside the camp to a place that is ceremonially clean. 12 The fire on the altar must be kept burning; it must not go out. Every morning the priest is to add firewood and arrange the burnt offering on the fire and burn the fat of the fellowship offerings [a] on it. 13 The fire must be kept burning on the altar continuously; it must not go out. (Leviticus 6:8-13)
壇上的聖火要不住地燃著，不可熄滅，因為這是神親自點燃的。這代表神在獻祭的過程中永遠同在，這也告訴百姓，惟有神施恩眷顧，他們的獻祭才蒙悅納。神的聖火也在每個信徒的生命中燃燒，當聖靈進入我們心裡時，祂點著這火，我們與祂同行，也就在祂的恩典中長進。認定神住在我們裡面，能使你充滿信心地到祂面前求赦免，與祂和好，使你的生命發出熱忱與能力，為祂工作。
認罪的必要The necessity to confess the sin：
² 罪使我們與神隔離(賽Isaiah 59:1-2) Sin will separate us from God.
59:1 耶和華的膀臂並非縮短，不能拯救，耳朵並非發沉，不能聽見，59:2 但你們的罪孽使你們與　神隔絕；你們的罪惡使他掩面不聽你們。
1 Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear. 2 But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear.

² 神就是光(約一1:5) God is light (1 John 1:5)
1:5 　神就是光，在他毫無黑暗。 5This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.

² 犯罪是行在暗中(約一 1 John 1:6-8)To sin is to walk in the dark.
1:6 我們若說是與　神相交，卻仍在黑暗裏行，就是說謊話，不行真理了。1:7 我們若在光明中行，如同　神在光明中，就彼此相交，他兒子耶穌的血也洗淨我們一切的罪。1:8 我們若說自己無罪，便是自欺，真理不在我們心裏了。
6If we claim to have fellowship with him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live by the truth. 7But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all[b] sin. 8If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.

² 若不認罪，將活在痛苦中(詩Psalms32:3-4)We will live in pain if we don’t confess our sin.
32:3 我閉口不認罪的時候，因終日唉哼而骨頭枯乾。32:4 黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重；我的精液耗盡，如同夏天的乾旱。
3 When I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long. 4 For day and night your hand was heavy upon me; my strength was sapped as in the heat of summer.
² 6:23 因為罪的工價乃是死。(羅Roman 6:23)
² 認罪能使我們重整與神的關係，活在光中。We can re-adjust our relationship with God and live in light if we confess our sin.

赦罪的根本：耶穌基督十架的救贖The origin of pardoning the sin: Jesus Christ’s salvation on the cross
² 約John 1:29 次日，約翰看見耶穌來到他那裏，就說：「看哪，　神的羔羊，除去（或譯：背負）世人罪孽的！
² 羅Roman5:6 因我們還軟弱的時候，基督就按所定的日期為罪人死。
² 羅Roman5:8 惟有基督在我們還作罪人的時候為我們死，　神的愛就在此向我們顯明了。
² 約一 1 John 1:7 他兒子耶穌的血也洗淨我們一切的罪。
² 約一 1 John 2:1-2在父那裏我們有一位中保，就是那義者耶穌基督。他為我們的罪作了挽回祭，不是單為我們的罪，也是為普天下人的罪。
² 羅Roman 3:25 　神設立耶穌作挽回祭，是憑著耶穌的血，藉著人的信，要顯明　神的義。
來Hebrews 9:11-14
² 9:11 但現在基督已經來到，作了將來美事的大祭司，經過那更大更全備的帳幕，不是人手所造，也不是屬乎這世界的；9:12 並且不用山羊和牛犢的血，乃用自己的血，只一次進入聖所，成了永遠贖罪的事。9:13 若山羊和公牛的血，並母牛犢的灰，灑在不潔的人身上，尚且叫人成聖，身體潔淨，9:14 何況基督藉著永遠的靈，將自己無瑕無疵獻給　神，他的血豈不更能洗淨你們的心（原文是良心），除去你們的死行，使你們事奉那永生　神嗎？
赦罪的應許The promise from God to pardon our sin:
一枝金鑰匙，神賜下的應許A golden key from God：
² 約一1:9 我們若認自己的罪，　神是信實的，是公義的，必要赦免我們的罪，洗淨我們一切的不義。9If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.(1 John 1:9)

認罪之後，就禁止垂釣。(No fishing!)
彌迦書7:18-19 　神啊，有何神像你，赦免罪孽，饒恕你產業之餘民的罪過，不永遠懷怒，喜愛施恩？ 必再憐憫我們，將我們的罪孽踏在腳下，又將我們的一切罪投於深海。Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy. 19 You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea. (Micah 7:18-19)

外面犯罪的由來：從內心開始Origin of sin outside: from heart inside
創6:5 耶和華見人在地上罪惡很大，終日所思想的盡都是惡，
約13:2 吃晚飯的時候，魔鬼已將賣耶穌的意思放在西門的兒子加略人猶大心裏。
徒5:3 彼得說：「亞拿尼亞！為甚麼撒但充滿了你的心，叫你欺哄聖靈，把田地的價銀私自留下幾分呢？
太5:27 「你們聽見有話說：『不可姦淫。』5:28 只是我告訴你們，凡看見婦女就動淫念的，這人心裏已經與她犯姦淫了。
代上28:9 「我兒所羅門哪，你當認識耶和華─你父的　神，誠心樂意地事奉他；因為他鑒察眾人的心，知道一切心思意念。你若尋求他，他必使你尋見；你若離棄他，他必永遠丟棄你。

² 情慾、驕傲Lust & boasting
約一2:16 因為，凡世界上的事，就像肉體的情慾、眼目的情慾，並今生的驕傲，都不是從父來的，乃是從世界來的。2:17 這世界和其上的情慾都要過去，惟獨遵行　神旨意的，是永遠常存。16For everything in the world—the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does—comes not from the Father but from the world. 17The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever.(1 John 2:16-17)

個人認罪的個案Individual confessed the sin：
大衛與拔示巴淫亂之事 (撒下11-12，詩32，51)David & Bathsheba.(2 Samuel 11-12, Psalms 32, 51)
² 大衛如何犯罪的？How did David sin?
² 他如何知罪、認罪？How did David know & confess his sin?
² 結果如何？What was the outcome?
² 我們學到什麼？What do we learn from this?
團體認罪的個案Group confessed the sin：
以色列人在艾城失敗的事件上Battle of Ai (約書亞記Joshua 5:13-15; 6:16-19; 7:1-8:29)
² 他們是如何犯罪？How did the Israelites sin?
² 他們如何知罪、認罪？How did they know & confess their sin?
² 結果如何？What was the outcome?
² 我們學到什麼？What do we learn from this?

悔改的必要The necessity of repentance：
認罪之後，當悔改 (由內心意念的改變到外面行為的改變)After the sin is confessed, repentance is necessary. (from the mind change to outside behavior change)

如何看見自己的罪How to see my own sin：
² 聖靈光照through Holy Spirit
² 透過親近主 (讀經、靈修、禱告、寫靈程札記與主交談)through getting close to God(read bible, devotion, pray, & write spiritual journal)
² 透過講道信息Through preaching message
² 屬靈同伴的提醒Through spiritual friend’s reminder

結語：人若自潔，脫離卑賤的事，就必作貴重的器皿，成為聖潔，合乎主用，預備行各樣的善事。你要逃避少年的私慾，同那清心禱告主的人追求公義、信德、仁愛、和平。(提後2:21-22)
Conclusion: 21If a man cleanses himself from the latter, he will be an instrument for noble purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work. 22Flee the evil desires of youth, and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. (2 Timothy 2:21-22)

馬太福音Matthew13:44-46
13:44 「天國好像寶貝藏在地裏，人遇見了就把它藏起來，歡歡喜喜地去變賣一切所有的，買這塊地。13:45 天國又好像買賣人尋找好珠子，13:46 遇見一顆重價的珠子，就去變賣他一切所有的，買了這顆珠子。
44″The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field. 45″Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. 46When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it. (Matthew 13:44-46)

1. 認識基督以前的掃羅Before knowing Jesus Christ
22:3 保羅說：「我原是猶太人，生在基利家的大數，長在這城裏，在迦瑪列門下，按著 我們祖宗嚴緊的律法受教，熱心事奉　神，像你們眾人今日一樣。22:4 我也曾逼迫奉 這道的人，直到死地，無論男女都鎖拿下監。(使徒行傳22:3-4)
3″I am a Jew, born in Tarsus of Cilicia, but brought up in this city. Under Gamaliel I was thoroughly trained in the law of our fathers and was just as zealous for God as any of you are today. 4I persecuted the followers of this Way to their death, arresting both men and women and throwing them into prison,

3:4 其實，我也可以靠肉體；若是別人想他可以靠肉體，我更可以靠著了。3:5 我第八 天受割禮；我是以色列族、便雅憫支派的人，是希伯來人所生的希伯來人。就律法說， 我是法利賽人； 3:6 就熱心說，我是逼迫教會的；就律法上的義說，我是無可指摘的。(腓立比書3:4-6)
4though I myself have reasons for such confidence. If anyone else thinks he has reasons to put confidence in the flesh, I have more: 5circumcised on the eighth day, of the people of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; in regard to the law, a Pharisee; 6as for zeal, persecuting the church; as for legalistic righteousness, faultless.

2. 初認識基督 First knowing Christ
3:7 只是我先前以為與我有益的，我現在因基督都當作有損的。(腓立比書3:7)
7But whatever was to my profit I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. (Philippians 3:7)

大馬色路上遇見主(得救見證)Apostle Paul’s salvation testimony (Acts 22:6-16)：
徒22:6 「我將到大馬士革，正走的時候，約在晌午，忽然從天上發大光，四面照著我。22:7 我就仆倒在地，聽見有聲音對我說：『掃羅！掃羅！你為甚麼逼迫我？』22:8 我回答說：『主啊，你是誰？』他說：『我就是你所逼迫的拿撒勒人耶穌。』22:9 與我同行的人看見了那光，卻沒有聽明那位對我說話的聲音。22:10 我說：『主啊，我當做甚麼？』主說：『起來，進大馬士革去，在那裏，要將所派你做的一切事告訴你。』22:11 我因那光的榮耀不能看見，同行的人就拉著我手進了大馬士革。22:12 那裏有一個人，名叫亞拿尼亞，按著律法是虔誠人，為一切住在那裏的猶太人所稱讚。22:13 他來見我，站在旁邊，對我說：『兄弟掃羅，你可以看見。』我當時往上一看，就看見了他。22:14 他又說：『我們祖宗的　神揀選了你，叫你明白他的旨意，又得見那義者，聽他口中所出的聲音。22:15 因為你要將所看見的，所聽見的，對著萬人為他作見證。22:16 現在你為甚麼耽延呢？起來，求告他的名受洗，洗去你的罪。』」

3. 進一步認識基督Getting to know Christ more:
3:8 不但如此，我也將萬事當作有損的，因我以認識我主基督耶穌為至寶。我為他已經 丟棄萬事，看作糞土，為要得著基督；3:9 並且得以在他裏面，不是有自己因律法而得 的義，乃是有信基督的義，就是因信　神而來的義，(腓立比書3:8-9)
8What is more, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ 9and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness that comes from God and is by faith. ((Philippians 3:8-9)

4. 效法基督，生命的擺上 To follow Christ & become like Him
3:10 使我認識基督，曉得他復活的大能，並且曉得和他一同受苦，效法他的死，3:11 或 者我也得以從死裏復活。(腓3:10-11) 10I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, 11and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead. (Philippians 3:10-11)

保羅體會到主的心，因此他定意和主一同受苦，效法主的死，得以從死裏復活。
Apostle Paul knew God’s heart, so he set his mind to share in Jesus Christ’s sufferings, becoming like Him in His death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead.

6:14 但我斷不以別的誇口，只誇我們主耶穌基督的十字架；因這十字架，就我而論， 世界已經釘在十字架上；就世界而論，我已經釘在十字架上。(加拉太書6:14)
14May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which[b] the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.(Galatians 6:14)

20:24 我卻不以性命為念，也不看為寶貴，只要行完我的路程，成就我從主耶穌所領受 的職 事，證明　神恩惠的福音。(使徒行傳20:24)
24However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the gospel of God’s grace.(Acts 20:24)

u 西門彼得對主的認識的層次與回應Simon’s response to Jesus’ calling：
1. 初認識主，捨了網跟從耶穌的呼召When Simon first knew Jesus, he left his net & follow Jesus at once. (馬可福音Mark 1:16-18)
1:16 耶穌順著加利利的海邊走，看見西門和西門的兄弟安得烈在海裏撒網；他們 本是 打魚的。1:17 耶穌對他們說：「來跟從我，我要叫你們得人如得魚一樣。」 1:18 他們 就立刻捨了網，跟從了他。
16As Jesus walked beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and his brother Andrew casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen. 17″Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will make you fishers of men.” 18At once they left their nets and followed him.(Mark 1:16-18)

2. 進一步認識主，撇下所有跟從耶穌Getting to know Jesus more, Simon left everything & followed Jesus. (路加福音Luke 5:1-11)
5:1 耶穌站在革尼撒勒湖邊，眾人擁擠他，要聽　神的道。5:2 他見有兩隻船灣在湖邊；打魚的人卻離開船洗網去了。5:3 有一隻船是西門的，耶穌就上去，請他把船撐開，稍微離岸，就坐下，從船上教訓眾人。5:4 講完了，對西門說：「把船開到水深之處，下網打魚。」5:5 西門說：「夫子，我們整夜勞力，並沒有打著甚麼。但依從你的話，我就下網。」5:6 他們下了網，就圈住許多魚，網險些裂開，5:7 便招呼那隻船上的同伴來幫助。他們就來，把魚裝滿了兩隻船，甚至船要沉下去。5:8 西門‧彼得看見，就俯伏在耶穌膝前，說：「主啊，離開我，我是個罪人！」5:9 他和一切同在的人都驚訝這一網所打的魚。5:10 他的夥伴西庇太的兒子雅各、約翰，也是這樣。耶穌對西門說：「不要怕！從今以後，你要得人了。」5:11 他們把兩隻船攏了岸，就撇下所有的，跟從了耶穌。

3. 更認識主，全人擺上 (約翰福音John 21:15-22) Getting to know Jesus even more, Simon followed Jesus with his utmost.
21:15 他們吃完了早飯，耶穌對西門‧彼得說：「約翰（在馬太十六章十七節稱約拿）的兒子西門，你愛我比這些更深嗎？」彼得說：「主啊，是的，你知道我愛你。」耶穌對他說：「你餵養我的小羊。」21:16 耶穌第二次又對他說：「約翰的兒子西門，你愛我嗎？」彼得說：「主啊，是的，你知道我愛你。」耶穌說：「你牧養我的羊。」21:17 第三次對他說：「約翰的兒子西門，你愛我嗎？」彼得因為耶穌第三次對他說「你愛我嗎」，就憂愁，對耶穌說：「主啊，你是無所不知的；你知道我愛你。」耶穌說：「你餵養我的羊。21:18 我實實在在地告訴你，你年少的時候，自己束上帶子，隨意往來；但年老的時候，你要伸出手來，別人要把你束上，帶你到不願意去的地方。」21:19 （耶穌說這話是指著彼得要怎樣死，榮耀　神。）說了這話，就對他說：「你跟從我吧！」21:20 彼得轉過來，看見耶穌所愛的那門徒跟著，（就是在晚飯的時候，靠著耶穌胸膛說：「主啊，賣你的是誰？」的那門徒。）21:21 彼得看見他，就問耶穌說：「主啊，這人將來如何？」21:22 耶穌對他說：「我若要他等到我來的時候，與你何干？你跟從我吧！」

u 自我省思Self-review：
1. 我對主的認識層次如何？At what level do I know God?
2. 有什麼是攔阻我更認識主的原因？Is there any reason that hinders me to get to know God more?
3. 我是否願意全人擺上？Am I willing to devote myself to God with my utmost?

勉勵經文Encouraging scriptures：
² 所以，我們應當離開基督道理的開端，竭力進到完全的地步。(希伯來書6:1) 1Therefore let us leave the elementary teachings about Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death,[a] and of faith in God, (Hebrews 6:1)

² 忘記背後，努力面前的，向著標竿直跑，要得　神在基督耶穌裏從上面召我來得的獎賞。(腓立比書3:13-14) 13Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.( Philippians 3:13-14)

Lesson 6 Guard Your Heart with Jesus Christ

認識人心To get to know people’s heart：
à 人心比萬物都詭詐 。The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. (耶17:9)
à 人從小時心裏懷著惡念。every inclination of his heart is evil from childhood (創Genesis8:21)
à 從人裏面出來的，那才能污穢人；因為從裏面，就是從人心裏，發出惡念、苟合、偷盜、凶殺、姦淫、貪婪、邪惡、詭詐、淫蕩、嫉妒、謗讟、驕傲、狂妄。What comes out of a man is what makes him ‘unclean.’ 21For from within, out of men’s hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, 22greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. (可Mark7:20-22)

心所發出的力量The strength from the heart：
à 你要保守你心，勝過保守一切（或譯：你要切切保守你心），因為一生的果效是由心發出。Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life. (箴proverbs4:23)
à 因為他心怎樣思量，他為人就是怎樣。for he is the kind of man who is always thinking about the cost. (箴Proverbs23:7)
à 人不制伏自己的心，好像毀壞的城邑沒有牆垣。Like a city whose walls are broken down is a man who lacks self-control. (箴Proverbs25:28)

神怎麼看人心How does God look at people’s heart：
à 耶和華不像人看人：人是看外貌；耶和華是看內心。The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” (撒上1 Samuel 16:7)
à 耶和華是鑒察人心、試驗人肺腑的，要照各人所行的和他做事的結果報應他。I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward a man according to his conduct, according to what his deeds deserve.” (耶17:10)

如何保守我的心How to guard my heart？
à 與神保持親密的關係To keep an intimate relationship with God.
à 常來到主前，認罪悔改，並抓住神赦罪的應許(1 John 約一1:9，Isiah賽44:22，1:18，Acts徒3:18, 26，Hebrews來8:14)To confess & repent to the God. To hold on to God’s promise of forgiveness.
à 神不喜悅的，就不說、不看、不聽、不想、不做Do not say, watch, listen to, think or do the things that do not please God.
à 放下老我(脫鞋)，由神作我生命的主，順服神的管教To set down the old nature. Let God be the Lord of all. To obey God’s discipline.
à 將神的話刻在心版上，拒絕負面思想To keep God’s words in our heart. To reject negative thoughts.
à 常常讀經、禱告，凡事謝恩(1 Thessalonians帖前5:16-18，psalms詩103:1-5，Deuteronomy申11:18，Psalms詩119:11, 81)To read bible, pray often. To thank God for everything.
à 寫靈修筆記、靈程札記，隨時調整與神的關係 (Psalms詩27:8; 118:2, 10) To write devotion notes, spiritual journal. To adjust relationship with God anytime.
à 抓住神的應許(1 Cor.林後5:17，Roman羅8:1-2，1 Cor.林前6:11)To hold on to God’s promise

探討幾位聖經人物是如何墮落的How did the people in the bible backslide in their spiritual life：
1. 亞當、夏娃Adam & Eve (創世紀Genesis 2:16,17; 3:1-13)

2:16 耶和華　神吩咐他說：「園中各樣樹上的果子，你可以隨意吃，2:17 只是分別善惡樹上的果子，你不可吃，因為你吃的日子必定死！」

3:1 耶和華　神所造的，惟有蛇比田野一切的活物更狡猾。蛇對女人說：「　神豈是真說不許你們吃園中所有樹上的果子嗎？」3:2 女人對蛇說：「園中樹上的果子，我們可以吃，3:3 惟有園當中那棵樹上的果子，　神曾說：『你們不可吃，也不可摸，免得你們死。』」
ü 夏娃擅自改變神的話。Eve altered God’s words.(創Gen. 3:3)
ü 夏娃輕看神的吩咐與誡命，以致試探面臨時沒有能力以神的話語抵擋。Eve did not take God’s words & command seriously so that she did not have the ability to defeat temptation with God’s words.
3:4 蛇對女人說：「你們不一定死；3:5 因為　神知道，你們吃的日子眼睛就明亮了，你們便如　神能知道善惡。」3:6 於是女人見那棵樹的果子好作食物，也悅人的眼目，且是可喜愛的，能使人有智慧，就摘下果子來吃了，又給她丈夫，她丈夫也吃了。
ü 亞當和夏娃選擇愛世界，以致喪失神給的上好福份。(創Gen. 3:6) Adam & Eve chose to love the world and loss the blessing from God.
ü 因 為 凡 世 界 上 的 事 、 就 像 肉 體 的 情 慾 、 眼 目 的 情 慾 、 並 今 生 的 驕 傲 、 都 不 是 從 父 來 的 、 乃 是 從 世 界 來 的 。16For everything in the world—the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does—comes not from the Father but from the world. (1 John約一2:16)
ü 亞當沒有做好家中屬靈領袖的責任，妻子犯錯，沒有制止，還與妻子共同犯錯。(創Gen. 3:6) Adam did not fulfill the responsibility of being a spiritual leader at home. When his wife was in sin, he did not stop her & commit the sin together with her.
3:7 他們二人的眼睛就明亮了，才知道自己是赤身露體，便拿無花果樹的葉子為自己編做裙子。3:8 天起了涼風，耶和華　神在園中行走。那人和他妻子聽見　神的聲音，就藏在園裏的樹木中，躲避耶和華　神的面。3:9 耶和華　神呼喚那人，對他說：「你在哪裏？」3:10 他說：「我在園中聽見你的聲音，我就害怕；因為我赤身露體，我便藏了。」3:11 耶和華說：「誰告訴你赤身露體呢？莫非你吃了我吩咐你不可吃的那樹上的果子嗎？」3:12 那人說：「你所賜給我、與我同居的女人，她把那樹上的果子給我，我就吃了。」
ü 亞當不看重與神的關係。Adam did not take seriously about his relationship with God.
3:13 耶和華　神對女人說：「你做的是甚麼事呢？」女人說：「那蛇引誘我，我就吃了。」
ü 夏娃犯了神的誡命，卻不知錯，向神認罪，還推卸責任。(創Gen. 3:12,13)Eve disobeyed God’s command and did not show repentance to God. She even denied her responsibility to follow God’s command.

2. 該隱Cain(創世記Genesis 4:1-16)

4:1 有一日，那人和他妻子夏娃同房，夏娃就懷孕，生了該隱（就是得 的意思），便說：「耶和華使我得了一個男子。」4:2 又生了該隱的兄弟亞伯。亞伯是牧羊的；該隱是種地的。4:3 有一日，該隱拿地裏的出產為供物獻給耶和華；4:4 亞伯也將他羊群中頭生的和羊的脂油獻上。耶和華看中了亞伯和他 的供物，4:5 只是看不中該隱和他的供物。該隱就大大地發怒，變了臉色。
ü 當神不悅納該隱的獻祭時，該隱不但不反省，還大大發怒、變臉。抵擋神。有神的同在，卻不與神同行。) 自我中心，任性，驕傲，妒忌：與神的關係出了問題。
4:6 耶和華對該隱說：「你為甚麼發怒呢？你為甚麼變了臉色呢？4:7 你若行得好，豈不蒙悅納？你若行得不好，罪就伏在門前。它必戀慕你，你卻要制伏它。」
ü 神給機會：神警告該隱，若不反省悔改，必將落入罪中。(創4:6-7)
4:8 該隱與他兄弟亞伯說話；二人正在田間。該隱起來打他兄弟亞伯，把他殺了。
ü 一錯再錯：該隱不接受神的警告，還將怒氣遷至亞伯，達到極限，最後動了殺機，將兄弟亞伯殺死。(創4:8)
4:9 耶和華對該隱說：「你兄弟亞伯在哪裏？」他說：「我不知道！我豈是看守我兄弟的嗎？」
ü 神再給機會：當神問該隱兇殺之事時，該隱毫無悔意，還對神撒謊狡辯。不信靠全能全知的神。(創4:9)
4:10 耶和華說：「你做了甚麼事呢？你兄弟的血有聲音從地裏向我哀告。4:11 地開了口，從你手裏接受你兄弟的血。現在你必從這地受咒詛。4:12 你種地，地不再給你效力；你必流離飄蕩在地上。」4:13 該隱對耶和華說：「我的刑罰太重，過於我所能當的。4:14 你如今趕逐我離開這地，以致不見你面；我必流離飄蕩在地上，凡遇見我的必殺我。」
ü 神的審判與管教：該隱遭神處罰，還向神討價還價，說刑罰過重。(創4:13-14)
4:15 耶和華對他說：「凡殺該隱的，必遭報七倍。」耶和華就給該隱立一個記號，免得人遇見他就殺他。
ü 神的恩典：神施憐憫，對該隱減刑。(創4:15)
4:16 於是該隱離開耶和華的面，去住在伊甸東邊挪得之地。

3. 羅得Lot (創Genesis 13:11-13)

13:8 亞伯蘭就對羅得說：「你我不可相爭，你的牧人和我的牧人也不可相爭，因為我們是骨肉（原文是弟兄）。13:9 遍地不都在你眼前嗎？請你離開我：你向左，我就向右；你向右，我就向左。」13:10 羅得舉目看見約旦河的全平原，直到瑣珥，都是滋潤的，那地在耶和華未滅所多瑪、蛾摩拉以先如同耶和華的園子，也像埃及地。13:11 於是羅得選擇約旦河的全平原，往東遷移；他們就彼此分離了。13:12 亞伯蘭住在迦南地，羅得住在平原的城邑，漸漸挪移帳棚，直到所多瑪。13:13 所多瑪人在耶和華面前罪大惡極。

ü 選擇愛世界：羅得貪愛世界的舒適與快樂，選擇耶和華眼中看為惡的地方(所多瑪)居住，以致影響他的妻子和兩個女兒與羅得有相同的價值觀。

ü Lot chose to love the world: Lot loves the happiness & comfort in the world. He chose to live in Sodom where the people were sinning greatly against the LORD. Lot’s wife & daughters were influenced by Lot’s worldly value.
ü 妻子甚至因留戀世界，在神滅所多瑪、蛾摩拉逃命時，回頭看所多瑪城而變成一根鹽柱。女兒日後則做出與父親亂倫之事。Lot’s wife was attached to the world. She looked back at the city of Sodom and became a pillar of salt.
ü 與神的關係不良：未學習叔叔〝信心之父〞亞伯拉罕對神的信靠與順服，沒有與神保持親密的關係，靈裏貧乏。人若愛世界，愛父的心就不在他裡面了。(約一2:15)Lot did not have a good relationship with God: He did not learn from his uncle Abraham “father of faith” to obey and trust in God. He was spiritually poor and did not have a close relationship with God. 15Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (1 John 2:15)
ü 自私傲慢之心：在選擇居住地時，羅得只顧自己的好處，目無尊長，搶先選擇平原之地為業。Selfish & arrogant: At the time of choosing place to live, Lot did not respect his uncle Abraham to let him choose the place first. Instead, Lot grabbed & chose to live among the cities of the plain.

4. 大衛David(撒母耳記下11:1-25)

大衛和拔示巴1 過了一年，到列王出戰的時候，大衛又差派約押，率領臣僕和以色列眾人出戰。他們就打敗亞捫人，圍攻拉巴。大衛仍住在耶路撒冷。
ü 大衛失去儆醒，自己不出征，只派手下出戰。David lost his alert on the battle. He did not fight himself, but sending his soldiers out to fight.

2 一日，太陽平西，大衛從床上起來，在王宮的平頂上遊行，看見一個婦人沐浴，容貌甚美，
ü 生活作息鬆散，心思不在神。眼目、情慾的試探開始了。David’s life schedule was loose. His mind was not focusing on God. Temptation of the eyes started to happen.

3 大衛就差人打聽那婦人是誰。有人說：「她是以連的女兒，赫人烏利亞的妻拔示巴。」
ü 大衛未停止於眼目的試探，反而進一步的要探聽此人，給撒旦留餘地，給自己犯罪的空間。David did not stopped at the temptation of eyes. Furthermore, he sent people to look for the woman. He gave Satin & himself room to sin.

4 大衛差人去，將婦人接來；那時她的月經才得潔淨。她來了，大衛與她同房，她就回家去了。
ü 更進一步差人去將拔示巴接來，此時身旁沒有任何先知或如約拿單肝膽相照的屬靈同伴勸阻大衛。結果任由心中的情慾氾濫，與拔示巴犯下通姦之罪。Moreover, David sent messengers to get her. There was no prophet or spiritual friend like Jonathan to stop David commit the sin. Finally, David allowed himself to have adultery with Bathsheba.

5 於是她懷了孕，打發人去告訴大衛說：「我懷了孕。」
6 大衛差人到約押那裏，說：「你打發赫人烏利亞到我這裏來。」約押就打發烏利亞去見大衛。
ü 大衛知道拔示巴懷了孕，就設計要藉拔示巴的丈夫烏利亞遮掩其姦淫罪行。After David knew Bathsheba was pregnant, he tried to set Uriah up to cover his sin.

7 烏利亞來了，大衛問約押好，也問兵好，又問爭戰的事怎樣。
ü 大衛並非真心在問候士兵與戰事。David didn’t really care about the war & the soldiers.

8 大衛對烏利亞說：「你回家去，洗洗腳吧！」烏利亞出了王宮，隨後王送他一分食物。
ü 大衛毫無悔意，進一步的繼續想方設法遮掩罪行。David did not have the repentance heart. He was still trying to think of ways to cover his sin.

9 烏利亞卻和他主人的僕人一同睡在宮門外，沒有回家去。
ü 神沒有讓烏利亞如大衛的願，回家與妻同房。God did not let David’s plan to be succeed.

10 有人告訴大衛說：「烏利亞沒有回家去。」大衛就問烏利亞說：「你從遠路上來，為甚麼不回家去呢？」
11 烏利亞對大衛說：「約櫃和以色列與猶大兵都住在棚裏，我主約押和我主（或譯：王）的僕人都在田野安營，我豈可回家吃喝、與妻子同寢呢？我敢在王面前起誓（原文是我指著王和王的性命起誓）：我決不行這事！」
12 大衛吩咐烏利亞說：「你今日仍住在這裏，明日我打發你去。」於是烏利亞那日和次日住在耶路撒冷。
13 大衛召了烏利亞來，叫他在自己面前吃喝，使他喝醉。到了晚上，烏利亞出去與他主的僕人一同住宿，還沒有回到家裏去。
ü 大衛並沒有因為看到烏利亞的正直、忠心而心受譴責與懊悔，再度設法遮掩其罪。David did not repent because of seeing Uriah’s loyalty & righteousness. Again, David tried to cover his sin.

14 次日早晨，大衛寫信與約押，交烏利亞隨手帶去。
15 信內寫著說：「要派烏利亞前進，到陣勢極險之處，你們便退後，使他被殺。」
ü 大衛設計失敗，更進一步動了殺機，一錯再錯。大衛濫用職權，下達命令，使烏利亞被殺。David’s plan failed. Furthermore, he decided to kill Uriah.

16 約押圍城的時候，知道敵人那裏有勇士，便將烏利亞派在那裏。
ü 約押與大衛同流合污，一起犯罪。Joab and David committed the sin together.

17 城裏的人出來和約押打仗；大衛的僕人中有幾個被殺的，赫人烏利亞也死了。
ü 大衛借刀殺人，同時也使得幾個僕人一同遭殃被殺。David killed Uriah through others’ hands, same as other soldiers.

18 於是，約押差人去將爭戰的一切事告訴大衛，
19 又囑咐使者說：「你把爭戰的一切事對王說完了，
20 王若發怒，問你說：『你們打仗為甚麼挨近城牆呢？豈不知敵人必從城上射箭嗎？
21 從前打死耶路‧比設（就是耶路‧巴力，見士師記九章一節）兒子亞比米勒的是誰呢？豈不是一個婦人從城上拋下一塊上磨石來，打在他身上，他就死在提備斯嗎？你們為甚麼挨近城牆呢？』你就說：『王的僕人─赫人烏利亞也死了。』」
22 使者起身，來見大衛，照著約押所吩咐他的話奏告大衛。
23 使者對大衛說：「敵人強過我們，出到郊野與我們打仗，我們追殺他們，直到城門口。
24 射箭的從城上射王的僕人，射死幾個，赫人烏利亞也死了。」
25 王向使者說：「你告訴約押說：『不要因這事愁悶，刀劍或吞滅這人或吞滅那人，沒有一定的；你只管竭力攻城，將城傾覆。』可以用這話勉勵約押。」
ü 大衛得知烏利亞和其他幾位僕人戰亡的消息，仍無悔意，再用謊言包裝遮蓋其罪行。After David knew about the death of Uriah & other soldiers, he did not show any repentance. Again, he used lies to cover his sin.

26 烏利亞的妻聽見丈夫烏利亞死了，就為他哀哭。
27 哀哭的日子過了，大衛差人將她接到宮裏，她就作了大衛的妻，給大衛生了一個兒子。但大衛所行的這事，耶和華甚不喜悅。

5. 所羅門王King Solomon
大衛悔罪，蒙赦罪之後所生之子。〝耶和華也喜愛他〞，就藉先知拿單賜他耶底底亞的名字，因為耶和華愛他。(撒下12:24-25)
受膏做王 (王上1:39)
耶和華向所羅門王顯現： 向神求智慧(王上3:4-15)
為神建殿，獻殿蒙神悅納 (王上5-8)
耶和華第二次顯現，與所羅門立約 (王上9:1-8)
晚節不保，娶外邦女子：11:4 所羅門年老的時候，他的妃嬪誘惑他的心去隨從別神，不效法他父親大衛誠誠實實地順服耶和華─他的　神。11:6 所羅門行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，不效法他父親大衛專心順從耶和華。11:9 耶和華向所羅門發怒，因為他的心偏離向他兩次顯現的耶和華─以色列的　神。

自我省思Self-review：

1. 是那些原因使以上的聖經人物犯罪？What was the cause for the above mentioned people in the bible to commit sin?
— 遠離神、停止長進、權勢、名利、色情、驕傲、家庭關係、其他…………
Being away from God, stop growing spiritually, power, profit, amativeness, proud, family relationship, etc.

2. 以上這些人物的例子，他們的生命何時出現犯罪的黃燈？給我們什麼提醒？When did the “sinful yellow light” blink in their life? What kind of warning do I learn from it?

3. 〝試探〞是否光指苦難？是否還包括了舒適與享受？Does “trial” only apply to suffering? Does it also include enjoyment?

4. 我今天的生命有沒有出現犯罪的黃燈或者已出現紅燈？Do I have “sinful yellow light” or “red light” blinks in my life now?

² 雅各書James 1:14-15 但各人被試探，乃是被自己的私慾牽引誘惑的。私慾既懷了胎，就生出罪來；罪既長成，就生出死來。14but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. 15Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

² 忍受試探的人是有福的，因為他經過試驗以後，必得生命的冠冕。12Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. (雅各書James 1:12)

1. 默想的內容Contents of meditation

A. 默想神自己Meditate on God himself
i. 耶 和 華 的 榮 耀 停 於 西 乃 山 、 雲 彩 遮 蓋 山 六 天 ． 第 七 天 他 從 雲 中 召 摩 西 。(出Exodus 24:16)
ii. 因為世人都犯了罪、虧缺了　神的榮耀。 (羅Roman 3:23)
iii. 我是把你們從埃及地領出來的耶和華、要作你們的　神、所以你們要聖潔、因為我是聖潔的。(利Leviticus11:45)
iv. 凡 有 智 慧 的 、 必 在 這 些 事 上 留 心 ． 也 必 思 想 耶 和 華 的 慈 愛 。(詩Psalms 107:43)
v. 論 到 全 能 者 、 我 們 不 能 測 度 ． 他 大 有 能 力 、 有 公 平 和 大 義 、 必 不 苦 待 人 。(伯Job 37:23)

ii. 惟 喜 愛 耶 和 華 的 律 法 、 晝 夜 思 想 、 這 人 便 為 有 福 。(詩Psalms 1:2)
iii. 雖 有 首 領 坐 著 妄 論 我 、 你 僕 人 卻 思 想 你 的 律 例 。(詩Psalms 119:23)

C. 默想神的作為與創造Meditate on God’s work & creation
i. 約 伯 阿 、 你 要 留 心 聽 ． 要 站 立 思 想 　 神 奇 妙 的 作為 。(伯Job 37:14)
ii. 我 也 要 思 想 你 的 經 營 、 默 念 你 的 作 為 。(詩Psalms 77:12)
iii. 自 從 造 天 地 以 來 、 　 神 的 永 能 和 神 性 是 明 明 可 知 的 、 雖 是 眼 不 能 見 、 但 藉 著 所 造 之 物 、 就 可 以 曉 得 、 叫 人 無 可 推 諉 ．(羅Roman 1:20)

D. 默想的目的Purpose of meditation
–看清楚神的屬性：祂的榮耀、聖潔、慈愛、大能、公平、公義、憐憫、恩典、守約、赦罪、饒恕、恩慈、誠實、信實、完全、正直等。
To understand God’s nature: God’s glory, holiness, mercy, mighty power, justness, righteousness, promise, forgiveness, honesty, integrity & etc.
–明白自己與神的關係。享受與神同在的喜樂，以致於將一切的榮耀歸給神。 To understand your relationship with God. To enjoy God’s presence & give all the glory to God.
–更認識自我 ，看見自己屬靈的光景。
Get to know yourself better & see your spiritual life situation.
–明白如何成為神所喜悅的人。明白神的旨意。
Get to know how to please God. Get to know God’s will.
–從自我中心轉變為以神為中心。
Change from “self centered” to “God centered”.

如何默想How to meditate？
When you think about a problem over and over in your mind, that’s called worry. When you think about God’s words over and over in your mind, that called meditation. If you know how to worry, you already know how to meditate. [Rick Warren The Purpose Driven Life]

當你反覆的想一個問題時，那叫做〝憂慮〞。當你反覆思想神的話語時，那叫做〝默想〞。如果你知道如何憂慮，你已經知道如何默想。(華理克牧師 標竿人生)

–默想神自己，進而明白自己與神的關係(如同耶穌與天父同在的關係)
–反覆思想神的話 ：馬利亞的榜樣(路1:29)Think about God’s words over & over in your mind. (Mary as our role model. Luke 1:29)
–集中默想，將經文主觀化和人格化。將自己放進經文的場景中，過去的事不單是與現在平行，而且實際上貫穿現在。從超然的觀察移入主動的參與。Concentrate on your meditation. Put yourself into the biblical scene of scriptures.

親愛的天父：

週四2/15早上在開車的路上，我內心反覆思想星期三晚在神學院的上課內容。講到您在主耶穌被釘十字架時，離棄耶穌(可15:34)的理由。課後牧師再向大家說明，從人性的角度來看，世人都有罪，〝罪〞阻隔了人和神的關係。而當人犯罪，天父可以掩面不看，任憑世人在罪當中。然而從神性的角度來看，天父用無罪的耶穌來代替有罪的世人，擔當了世人所有的罪。我一路在想，當自己屢次犯罪、不聽話，而使您傷心難過，若您真的掩面不看，放棄了我，我今天將會落到何等的光景。而您用聖潔的主耶穌基督為我而死，流出寶血洗淨我一切的不義，使我能夠與您和好，恢復與您的關係。我思想到，也只有聖潔的主耶穌有權利問您：「我的神，我的神，為什麼離棄我？」，因為主耶穌是代罪的羔羊，只有祂配得這份榮耀。我就算是被釘十字架100次，別說是救別人，我也無法自救。思想到這時，剛好車上CD正放著〝你愛永不變〞：

你流出寶血，洗淨我汚穢，將我的生命贖回；
為了我的罪，犧牲永不悔，顯明你極大恩惠。
我深深體會，你愛的寶貴，獻上自己永追隨；
或傷心或氣餒，或生離或死別，願剛強壯膽永遠不後退。
哦，你愛永不變，從今直到永遠，深深澆灌我心田；
或天旋或地轉，經滄海歷桑田，都不能叫我與你愛隔絕。

聽到這首詩歌，頓時我的淚水無法克制的流下來，我看見自己是一個罪人，我看見主耶穌在十字架上，安靜的接受天父為了拯救世人所安排的這一幕。若不是您所預備的救恩和恩典，我將永遠沉淪。我不過是來自於塵土，您竟顧念我，我實在是不配得到這份白白的禮物。我感謝您，祂讓我再一次的接受靈洗，再一次的回到對您起初的愛。記得在1998年10月11日受洗的那天，當謝牧師帶著我們作決志禱告時，我也是淚流滿面，因為我看見自己原來是多麼污穢，而您卻接納我，讓我能因信而得以稱義，成為一個新造的人。

今年的短宣，我原本仍持著觀望的態度，走一步算一步，懇求您原諒我如此的健忘。感謝您用話語再次激勵、喚醒我，當剛強壯膽永遠不後退，當獻上自己永追隨。人活在世上只有短短數十年，我當珍惜您賜給我的新生命，為主而活，趁自己還能走動的年日，為主走出去，打一場屬靈的美好的仗。

默想的前題Premise of meditation
–必須首先是神的兒女We have to be God’s children.
–隨時調整自己與神的關係：願意走在神的道路上Adjust our relationship with God anytime: Be willing to walk on God’s path.

自問：耶穌會怎麼做？Ask yourself: What will Jesus do?
–耶穌不但是我的救主，祂也是我生命的主Jesus is not only my Savior, but also my Lord of all.
If Jesus is not your Lord of all, then Jesus is not your Lord at all.
若耶穌不完全是你生命的主，那麼耶穌就根本不是你生命的主！
i. 神掌主權Let God in control
ii. 願意絕對順服主：主怎麼說，我怎麼做Be willing to obey God: Do whatever God says.

實際操練Practice
–靈修時默想神自己(沉念)、默想神的話。
Meditate on God Himself & God’s words through devotion.
–默想詩歌的歌詞，從歌詞默想神的創造、作為、神的屬性、神的愛等等。Meditate on the hymn’s lyrics. Meditate on God’s creation, work, nature and love.
–默想過去神在自己身上的一切恩惠，看見神在自己身上的恩典印記，再看看神今天在自己身上的作為。
Meditate on the mercy & blessing from God in the past & see how God is working on me today.
–由默想進入敬拜，容許基督在我們心中建造一間內在的聖所。這內在的團契能改變內在的人格。
To worship God through meditation & allow Jesus Christ to build a sanctuary inside of our heart. The inner fellowship can change the inner characters.
–由默想體會神的心意，並實際活出有神的生命來。
To understand God’s will through meditation. Live out of God’s life.
–讓自己的生命如活水。
To live out the life like a living water.

一. 禱讀Read & pray
1. 什麼是禱讀？讀聖經，化經文為禱文，用神的話禱告。
What is “reading bible & pray”? To read the bible scriptures, then pray using the scriptures.

神God→呼exhale→聖經Bible→吸inhale→人man→呼exhale→禱告Pray→吸inhale→神God

2. 禱讀的好處The advantages of “read & pray”
是靈命更新的禱告(如同肉體生命的〝呼〞與〝吸〞)。It is a prayer of spiritual revival. (just like inhale & exhale of the human body)
是合神心意的禱告(雅4:2-3, 約15:7) It is a prayer with God’s will.
是大有功效的禱告(來4:12, 徒4:24-31) It is a prayer of great effectiveness.

二. 靈程札記Spiritual journal
1. 什麼是靈程札記？What is spiritual journal
用筆操練神的同在。是向神說話的記錄，記載與神的關係。透過與神的對話，描述出一個人的靈命。Use written words to experience God’s presence. It is a record of talking to God. It contains your relationship with God. It shows a person’s spiritual life through talking to God.
藉以追溯神曾經在我们身上的作為的工具。(出16:32-35) It is a tool to trace back to God’s work on us.

2. 靈程札記的內容Contents of spiritual journal：
與主談心，祂是最知心的朋友。To have an intimate (heart to heart) talk with God. He is our bosom friend.
寫下對主的敬拜、讚美、渴慕、感謝。To write down your worship, praise, admiration & thanksgiving to God.
告訴主內心深處對周遭事務的感受。To tell God how you feel inside of your heart about things happened around you.
告訴主內心的掙扎、軟弱、各樣情緒等等。To tell God about your struggle, weakness and all kinds of emotions.
向主認罪、悔改。To confess & repent to God.
向主呼求、禱告。To cry out or pray to God.
向主分享從靈修得到的亮光，對生命的幫助或是對主的立志。To share with God about the insight you received through devotion. To share with God about the help you received from Him or the determination you made before Him.
與主無話不談。To share everything with God.

3. 寫靈程札記的目的The purpose of writing spiritual journal
使內心敏銳，操練與神同在，活在神的面前。To be sensitive spiritually. To practice living with God’s presence.

4. 如何及甚麼時間寫靈程札記How & when to write spiritual?
準備好固定的本子或記在電腦內。Prepare a journal book or record in the computer.
記得說話的對象是〝主〞，不是別人或自己。Remember the target that you talk to is God, not yourself or others.
克服心中的障礙，學習絕對誠實與真誠。神喜愛的是內裏的誠實。Learn to overcome the obstacle in your mind. Learn to be absolute honest & sincere to God. God loves us being honest to Him.
一般可於早晨，靈修前或靈修後，也可於睡覺前，選擇一段內心安靜的時間，單單與主相遇。或一有感觸、感恩的事立刻記下來。Usually you may write the spiritual journal in the morning, before or after devotion, or before you go to bed. Choose a period of time that your mind stays calm & quite to meet with God alone. You may write down the things you feel thankful or whenever you have a stirring of emotion.

5. 三個活出主耶穌的樣式的屬靈原則3 spiritual principles to live out of Jesus Christ’s life：
凡是主不喜悅的，就不說、不看、不想、不聽、不做。Do not say, look, think, listen and do the things that do not please God.
我還有什麼堅持，連主耶穌也改變不了？Is there anything that I have to insist even God can not change?
主怎麼說，我就怎麼做。Do whatever God tells me to do.

Lesson 3 Spiritual life practice(1): Meet with God daily

一. 主耶穌親近神的榜樣 Jesus Christ as our role model：
　–清晨天未亮的時候before sunlight(可Mark 1:35)
次日早晨，天未亮的時候，耶穌起來，到曠野地方去，在那裡禱告。35Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.
–夜晚的時候night time(路Luke 6:12)
那時，耶穌出去，上山禱告，整夜禱告神。12One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray, and spent the night praying to God.
–服事以後after serve the Lord(太Matthews 14:23)
散了眾人以候，他就獨自上山去禱告，到了晚上，只有他一人在那裡。23After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. When evening came, he was there alone,
–面對抉擇時facing choices(太Matthews 26:36-46)
太Matthews 26:39他就稍往前走，俯伏在地禱告說：「我父啊，倘若可行，求你叫這杯離開我；然而，不要照我的意思，只要照你的意思。」39Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, “My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.”

二. 馬利亞親近神的榜樣Maria as our role model：
–〝坐〞在耶穌腳前聆聽Mary ”sat” in front of God’s feet & listen to what He said. (路Luke10:38-42)
Luke 10:39馬利亞在耶穌腳前坐著聽他的道。Mary sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said.
10:42但是不可少的只有一件，馬利亞已經選擇那上好的福份，是不能奪去的。but only one thing is needed.[f] Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”
–〝俯伏〞在耶穌腳前傾訴(約John11:28-44)
John 11:32馬利亞到了耶穌那裡，看見他，就俯伏在他腳前，說：「主啊，你若早在這裡，我兄弟必不死。」32When Mary reached the place where Jesus was and saw him, she fell at his feet and said, “Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.”
–〝跪〞在耶穌腳前奉獻(約John 12:1-8)
John12:3馬利亞就拿著一斤極貴的真哪噠香膏抹耶穌的腳，又用自己頭髮去擦，屋裡就滿了膏的香氣。3Then Mary took about a pint[a] of pure nard, an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesus’ feet and wiped his feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

三. 靈修的四個步驟4 steps of devotion：
1. 靈讀Letico；用心靈的耳朵聆聽(領受)神的話。To receive God’s words with your heart.
2. 默想Meditatio：反覆思想神的話，使神的話進入心靈深處，發覺隱藏的真理。To think over God’s words. Let God’s words get into your heart and find the hidden truth.
有什麼真理在裏面？Is there any truth in the scriptures?
有什麼命令我該遵守？What command should I obey?
有什麼榜樣我可以學習？Which role model can I learn from?
有什麼警告要我注意？What kind of warning should I notice?
神給我什麼應許？What kind of promise does God give me?
3. 心禱Oratio：從默想進入禱告，與神對話，向神傾吐一切。From meditate God’s words to pray to God.
Adoration敬拜讚美
Confession懺悔、認罪
Thanksgiving感恩
Supplication(petition or intercession)祈求(代求或為自己求)
4. 沉念Contemplatio：思想神自己，品嚐神的喜樂。(約15:11) Meditate God Himself. Taste God’s joyfulness.
耶穌的喜樂是什麼？若在耶穌身上應用[快樂]這詞，實在是一種侮辱。耶穌的喜樂是對父絕對的順服與舍己。因作成他父差他來作的工而喜樂。[我樂意照你的旨意行。]耶穌的禱告是要我們的喜樂日趨完備，直到像他的喜樂一樣。我有沒有讓主把喜樂帶給我？

生命的滿溢不是在身體的健康，不是在外在的事物，不是在看見神的事工成就，乃在對 神完全的明白，有耶穌與父神那種契合。攔阻這喜樂的第一件事，是挑剔猜度而來的惱怒。耶穌說今生的憂慮會阻塞神的話。我們還未知身處何方，已經被紛繁的事物抓住了。神為我們所作成的一切只帶我們來到門檻，他還要我們進入，作他的見證，活出耶穌是誰。更與神連合，從而得喜樂，就有活水從你湧流。要做活水的中心，讓主透過你倒出活水。不要在沉浸在自覺裏，不要做成聖的自負者，要藏在基督裏活。與神連合的生命，自然得像呼吸一般。那些最叫你蒙福的人，是那些不覺自己成為別人祝福的人。
5. 只要主說一句話Just one sentence from God
i. 百夫長的信心：只要你說一句話，我的僕人就必好了。(路Luke7:7) But say the word, and my servant will be healed.
ii. 出於神的話，沒有一句不帶能力的。(路Luck 1:37) 37For nothing is impossible with God.”
iii. 神的應許不論有多少，在基督都是是的，所以藉著祂也都是實在的，叫神因我们得榮耀。(林後1 Cor. 1:20) 20For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.
iv. 我們信他怎樣對我說，事情也要怎樣成就。(徒Acts 27:25) 25 for I have faith in God that it will happen just as he told me.
v. 耶穌說，〝我對你们所說的話就是靈、就是生命。〞(約John 6:63) 63The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you are spirit[e] and they are life.

分享：神的一句話對我人生的帶領。

6. 實際操練Practice
i. 每天分別出一段時間親近神。Reserve a period of time to get close to God daily.
ii.認識主在〝等候〞你，祂等候要施恩給你。(賽Isaiah 30:18-21; 40:29-31; 64:4)Understand that God is “waiting” for you, He wants to grant you with His mercy.
iii.以〝期待〞的心親近神，等候祂向我们說話，給我们指引。(詩Psalms 25:1-4)Get close to God with a heart of “expectation”. Waiting for Him to talk to us & give us guidance.
iv.以〝敬拜〞來親近神，以一首熟悉的敬拜詩歌來親近主。Get close to God through worship. Use a hymn that you are familiar with to worship God.
v.寫〝靈程札記〞與主談心。(下堂課解說)To write spiritual journal to talk to God.
vi.讀經，領受神的話。Read bible.
vii.默想、禱讀：以領受的一句話向主禱告，將它寫在〝靈修日記〞或〝靈程札記〞上。用這一句話來〝禱讀〞 (〝禱讀〞於下堂課解說)。Meditate God’s words & using God’s words to pray.
viii.以〝感恩禱告〞來結束。End with a thanksgiving prayer.
ix.將當日所領受的這一句話放在心裡，可能是牧養自己或是牧養周遭有需要的弟兄姊妹。Keeping God’s words in mind for the whole day. The words may be used to minister yourself or others.

The power of God’s words & importance神話語的能力與重要性

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. 你 的 話 是 我 腳 前 的 燈 、 是 我 路 上 的 光 。—Psalm詩篇 119:105

In Ephesians 6:10-12, Paul says, “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” 我 還 有 末 了 的 話 、 你 們 要 靠 著 主 、 倚 賴 他 的 大 能 大 力 、 作 剛 強 的 人 。要 穿 戴 　 神 所 賜 的 全 副 軍 裝 、 就 能 抵 擋 魔 鬼 的 詭 計 。因 我 們 並 不 是 與 屬 血 氣 的 爭 戰 、 乃 是 與 那 些 執 政 的 、 掌 權 的 、 管 轄 這 幽 暗 世 界 的 、 以 及 天 空 屬 靈 氣 的 惡 魔 爭 戰 。(弗6:10-12)

A vital part of standing firm in the spiritual battle is to take up the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Becoming a fully committed follower of the Lord Jesus Christ begins by picking up your sword each day! 能在屬靈爭戰站穩住腳，是靠聖靈的寶劍，也就是神的話語。要完全委身成為主耶穌的跟隨者，必須從每天拿起你的寶劍開始。

Second Timothy 3:16 says, “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.” 聖 經 都 是 　 神 所 默 示 的 、 〔 或 作 凡 　 神 所 默 示 的 聖 經 〕 於 教 訓 、 督 責 、 使 人 歸 正 、 教 導 人 學 義 、 都 是 有 益 的 ．(提後3:16)

The Bible is not a human book. It’s a God-given book! And it is sufficient for your every need.聖經不是一本人寫的書，它是一本神所賜的書，並且它能滿足你所有的需要。

That’s why I want to encourage you to have a daily time of devotion and discipline when you open God’s Word… when you pray and ask God to speak to you through the Scriptures. 這就是為什麼我鼓勵你每天讀經靈修和操練，並且禱告祈求神藉著經文向你說話。

I want to also encourage you to take your Bible with you when you gather with other believers in worship. Take your Bible to church! And take a pen with you so you can underline or highlight some Scriptures and take a few notes and really engage! Don’t be a passive listener; be a proactive learner!同時我鼓勵你崇拜時帶著你的聖經。帶著你的聖經到教會，並帶枝筆可以在經文旁劃線或塗色，同時記一些筆記。不要作一個消極的聆聽者，作一個積極的學習者。

Just like your physical health, your spiritual health will deteriorate if you neglect it.就如你身體的健康，你若忽略自己的屬靈健康，它將會衰退。

So… as 1 Timothy 4 encourages us… take the time and the trouble to be spiritually fit! It’s the only way you’ll be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might… able to withstand the attacks of our enemy, the devil. It’s the only way you’ll be able to stand strong in the spiritual battle you face every day!因此，就如提前4鼓勵我們的，花時間在屬靈上操練，這是你唯一能在主裡面以及在神的大能中得強壯的方法，並得以抵擋撒但仇敵。這是唯一你每日能在屬靈爭戰中剛強站穩的方法。

YOUR BEST DEFENSE AGAINST THE ATTACKS OF THE ENEMY IS GOD’S WORD… SO PICK IT UP AND USE IT!對抗敵人攻擊最好的防禦就是神的話語…..所以拾起它，並且使用它吧！(by Pastor Jack Graham)

1. 靈命是什麼？What is “spiritual life”?
a. 用體質來比喻靈命Use physical situation to describe spiritual life.
b. 吳勇長老向華神的畢業生的勉勵：「所謂靈性就是你的反應……我们今天談靈性，就是看你對人、環境的反應如何，而決定你的靈性是好或不好、高或低，所以靈性絕不是你關在房內做了很長的禱告，讀了很久的聖經而決定你的靈性，而是看你對人的反應。」Spiritual life is your reaction. When we talk about spiritual life, it means your reaction to people & environment. To tell a person’s spiritual life is not determined by how long he has prayed in a closed room or how much time he has read the Bible. It is determined by how he reacts to people.
c. 該隱和約瑟的例子Examples of Cane & Joseph.

《荒漠甘泉》8/28/2007 “耶和華…在那裏試驗他們。”（出15：25）
　　有一天，我到一家大規模的鋼廠試驗室去參觀。在我四周都是一間一間分開的小房間。鋼受試驗到一個限度，就用數碼標著優劣的等級。有的一絞就斷，有的可以拉得很長，有的可以壓得很緊：他們扭力、緊張力、和壓力的大小，都有數碼標明在上面的。廠主知道這一塊鋼受得住多少壓力。他知道這一塊鋼如果用來造大船，造屋宇，或造橋梁，能够承擔多少的重力。他知道，因爲他的試驗室這樣告訴他。　　神的孩子也常如此受試驗。神不要我們像玻璃或者瓷器的花瓶一樣脆弱。他要我們象堅韌的鋼一般，無論怎樣受絞受壓，都不會破碎。　　神不要我們作花棚裏面的花草，他要我們作能被風雨擊打的橡樹；他不要我們作會被疾風吹散的沙丘，他要我們作抵抗狂風的花崗岩。要將我們作得這樣，他必須帶我們到他受苦的實驗室去。我們中間有許多人都有自己的經驗可以證明：受苦實在是神信心的實驗室。——馬可康該　　對別人講說信心是很容易的事，但是神常常將我們丟入坩堝裏去提煉我們，要把貴金與劣金分別出來。哦，如果顛簸我們生活的飓風，能使我們的主更加寶貴的話，我們的顛簸也是舒適的了。有基督同在的風雨，比無基督同在的平靜更好！—馬可特夫若不受苦，神不能設法叫內裏的生命成熟。

2. 靈命操練的必要性The necessity of spiritual growth：
a. 靈命從何時開始When does spiritual life start？
人有了神的兒子就有__________；沒有神的兒子就沒有生命。(1 John約壹5:12)
b. 神期待我们成長God expects us to grow。
　＊不要效法這個世界，只要________________而變化。(Roman羅12:2)

3. 靈命成長的重要性The importance of spiritual growth：
a. 當現實生活遇到壓力時，靈命成長能使屬靈的肌肉_________起來。
When we have stress in the real life, our spiritual muscle can be strengthened through spiritual growth.
健全的靈命，使我們有__________的力量，來處理__________的狀況。
Healthy spiritual life can help us to handle outside circumstances with inner strength.

4. 靈命操練的目的The purpose of spiritual growth：
a. 為了學基督To learn from Jesus Christ：

5. 靈命操練的方法Methods of practicing spiritual life：
a. 每日靈修、渴慕神、敬拜神、親近神Daily devotion, worship God.
b. 寫靈程札記與主談心Write spiritual journal to talk to God
c. 默想神、默想神的話、默想神的作為Meditate God, His words & His work.
d. 行出主的教導Life out of God’s teaching.

約書亞記5:13-15
13 約書亞靠近耶利哥的時候，舉目觀看，不料，有一個人手裏有拔出來的刀，對面站立。約書亞到他那裏，問他說：「你是幫助我們呢，是幫助我們敵人呢？」 14 他回答說：「不是的，我來是要作耶和華軍隊的元帥。」約書亞就俯伏在地下拜，說：「我主有甚麼話吩咐僕人。」
15 耶和華軍隊的元帥對約書亞說：「把你腳上的鞋脫下來，因為你所站的地方是聖的。」約書亞就照著行了。
